The Hideaway

The Hideaway provides a method of concealing valuables either at home or in a hotel environment. The sytem consists of a portable pouch designed to hold small items such as documents, jewellery and portable electronic items, and a set of detachable pads (magnets, suction pads, velcro, hooks, loops and ties) which can be used to affix the pouch to a wide variety of surfaces.

This low-tech solution is not a lockable safe, but it does provides a means of grouping and hiding small objects and is adaptable to suit many different environments. Most opportunist thieves would not think of looking, for example, on the underside of a table top for valuables. Flexibility is a key strength of this product - the hiding place can be changed regularly.

The Hideaway systems shows that sometimes a little bit of creative thought can be just as effective as a high-tech security device in outsmarting the would-be criminal.
