The Home Activity Simulator

This system works to deter opportunist burglars by making a property appear occupied in the abscence of the owners. The system uses Neural Network technology, and can be connected wirelessly to the electrical products in the household.

Once installed, the system observes patterns of usage of lights, radios, TVs, showers and other appliances, and records these patterns in it's memory.

On leaving the house, the owner activates the system with a one-touch sequence. The system then begins to automatically operate various appliances in a realistic systematic order, according to the patterns stored in it's memory.

To the casual observer (or opportunist thief) it will now appear as if the house is indeed occupied, as the 'unseen owner' moves from room to room turning lights on and off, and operating other electronic products.
